1. Appearance

Good quality washing powder, particles (powder) are relatπively clear, uniform, good fluidity, white appearance, bright (dyeing powder).

2. PH value

The PH value of the washing powder solution can be determined by pH te‌st paper or pH meter. The PH value of the detergent dedicated to silk wool should be 7-7.5, and th•e PH value of the cloth detergent should be 9.5-11.

3. Detergency

Detergency is an important indicator to measure the performance of washing powder.  The rationality of washing powder formula is directly↑ related to its detergency. The formula of washing powd≥er produced by various manufacturers is different. Th∏ey generally do not provide formula. As the user of washing powder, it is difficu✔lt to identify the advantages and disadvantages of washing powder by analyzing theε rationality of its formula. The manufacturer provides the usage and usage conditions of its φproducts. Then the washing factory can analyze whether these two data ar∞e reasonable and a series of indicators, briefly as follows:

1) Good quality washing powder has reasonable formula and excellent material selection. In• the main washing process, when the water level of the washing machine is low and the dosage↔ of washing powder is 1% of the washing liquid concentr ation, there should be no unclean rate for washing l←ight-scale fabrics. When the washing liquid concentration is♦ 2%, it should be matched with appropriate bleaching process. It is re€asonable for washing medium and heavy dirt and the unclean rate of fabrics below 5%.

2) For good quality washing powder, there should be noφ peculiar smell after the fabric is washed. If the white fa&bric is observed under natural light, it should have a bright feeling, ‌and the color fabric should have a bright feeling.

3) In the standard dosage, after the use temperature is met, the foam height should n♥ot be greater than 14cm.

4) The pH value of the washing powder solution is in the range of 9.5-11.

5) over water situation, after washing the fabric with standard usage, after© using high water level and reasonable water temperatu₹re time for 3-4 times over water, the PH value of the washed fabric is reasonable in 7-7.5.

6) Use cost: compare the use amount of washing powder under the same washing conditions. For exampπle, when washing fabrics with similar dirt degree and equal weight for the same type of washαing machine and the same water level, 6.8 yuan per kilogr♦am of washing powder A and 5.6 yuan per kilogram of washing powder B, then good washi→ng effect can be achieved if 500 grams of washing powder A and 700 grams of wa&shing powder B are 500, the unclean rate is only 3.<4 yuan in grams and 3.92 yuan in 700 grams of washing powder B. Thus, it can be seen that the f∞ormula of washing powder A should be more reasonable than that of washing powder B , and the usage amount is less than that of washing powder B, but the same effect is achΩieved. Although washing powder B is cheaper on the surface, the usage amount ☆is too large, and the cost is also increased.
